Just received it, and I'm on my second day. I sometimes have issues with vertigo and was not sure whether this would aggravate it. As recommended, I am starting slow and I really am enjoying it. And no problem with vertigo!

I had a knee replacement a little over 2 months ago. As soon as this arrived I unboxed it and sat in a chair with my feet on the plate. The vibration felt fantastic and relaxing. I can't wait to use it more often. I felt daring and stood on it for a few minutes today. ?
