I received my LifePro vibration plate last week. It was very easy to follow the simple instructions and get started. It is a very well built piece of equipment and works great! I have used it every day since I bought it. I would highly recommend the LifePro vibration plate!

I have the Rhythm in my office, but wanted something for at home. When I saw this one was on sale, I had to have it.
The levels are different than on the Rhythm but I'm loving it so far.
