Love this vibration plate! Super easy to use, sturdy, and has plenty of settings to switch things up. I’ve noticed better circulation and less soreness after workouts. The remote and resistance bands are a nice bonus. Great addition to my home gym!

I have many reasons to have made the decision to purchase the life pro waver vibration plate. A big one being lymphedema in both legs and pelvis. I gifted myself with something that will hopefully be life impacting in a beautiful way. So excited.
