Just got my vibration plate. Tried it for the first time. Easy to operate, and very quiet. I started at the easiest level and liked it very much. I’m excited to explore the other levels as I progress.

Just got mine today. No problems with delivery. Easy to set up. Stepped on for a few minutes. So far so good. A little early to tell what the benefits are but I’m determined to give it a dedicated amount of time daily. Really hoping for the best results. Enthusiastic about my chances.
