I've only tried it twice. I used a low setting as advised, but I still felt it working my muscles. I think it will be great as I ramp up the power.

Waver plate so impressed

I’ve had my waver plate for 5 days and I’m in love. I’ve set it up at the end of my couch and use it twice a day. My legs feel better already. I can’t wait to see how I feel in a month!

Just started using it and am very pleased. I can definitely feel it working. Have been using it long enough to see results but have gotten some great workouts with it

I have lymphedema and lipedema and i used it once and wow! It felt so amazing! I have a full body lymphatic pump but makes my chest hurt and this feels so amazing i can’t wait to see what my future holds with my waver!
