Hip discomfort and poor circulation, and lymphatic system were my reasons for the purchase. I am going to do my part with healthy eating and exercise and I pray the Waver Vibration plate dies the rest!

I use my Waver Vibration Plate almost everyday. I absolutely love it. It really helps with my joint pains. I recommended it to all my family & friends. I had an issue with my 1st one and they replaced it for me. Love the lifetime warranty. I plan on using it for many years.
