Its amazing how much of a difference I feel in my body. Especially my lower back. Ive only had two days and Im up to running setting at 30 speed.

I love it! I have lower back problems and cant do many things I used to be able to do. This helps to loosen my lower back up so much. I feel great after a half hour on your vibration plate.
