I have just started using the Waver Vibration Plate, sitting. It will take me a while to be able to stand on it holding onto a chair. I am impressed with the size of the unit and the price. I did not think I would ever be able to afford a vibration plate such as this one at home. I appreciate the accessories included in the price.
