Two or three years ago I bought the larger vibration platform and I like it a lot, but I was very interested in the waver also, So, I bought it a few months ago and put it in my bedroom. I love being able to work out or just stand on it before going to bed. It really relaxes me.

I love this device. Its great for detox, and exercise. Only minus is its very heavy and not easily moveable.

I've had it about a week, and so far I like it. I am still getting use to it, but I've been doing some squats, and definitely feel the burn the next day
