AWESOME!!

This morning is my first go at it. I did the warm up and then squats, reverse fly, overhead press and (not sure what you call it) but I held my arms straight out in front of me extended as far as I could reach. I did 15 minutes and I could absolutely feel it! I was only on 6 for speed. It also definitely pointed out all of the areas that need downsizing… I looked like I was twerking when I caught a glimpse in the mirror - I cannot twerk ;) I Love It!
