I can’t say enough good things about this vibration plate. I started using it to help with my peripheral neuropathy, and the results have been incredible. After just a few weeks of consistent use, I noticed a significant reduction in tingling, numbness, and that constant “pins and needles” feeling in my feet.
The gentle vibrations really help improve circulation and wake up the nerves, and I can actually feel more strength and stability in my legs when I walk. It’s become a part of my daily routine — even just 10 minutes makes a huge difference in how my body feels.

Today is my first go at it and I love it. I did just 15 minutes at a speed of 6. Squats and some upper body. I can feel it everywhere, along with all of the parts of my body I hope I won’t be feeling in 6 months… because they won’t be there to jiggle ;)
