I just worked out with it for the first time and feel great. It takes some getting used to, but the instructions are really detailed and easy to understand. I was looking into other more expensive vibration plates but this one seems to be great so far!

I was recently diagnosed with lymphedema and the vibration plates is a popular tool in the daily maintenance. I belong to an online community of lymphedema peeps and a day doesn't go by when someone posts about their positive results from using the LifePro vibration plates. I decided to get it and I'm so glad I did. This product is incredibly well made and very solid! After using it I can really feel it in my legs, which is awesome. Thank you so much for such a quality product that produces results
