I just received it and only tried it out for 15 minutes, so I can't really say too much as this time. I purchased it to increase my bone density as I have just been diagnosed with osteoporosis. I am hoping to avoid the need for the use of bisphosphonates as I have periodontal disease and am afraid I may get osteonecrosis of the jaw.

I spent five minutes on it for the first time after opening. We have limited space and are older so I cut a piece of vinyl for underneath it and it slides easily in and out from under our bed. I am so happy to have it. Our daughter-in-law has one and I used hers when visiting. I am sold and I do believe my husband is sold as well.

I just purchased the waver vibration plate and already love it. It will be a great addition to my workout routine. It feels very sturdy, wide standing plate and quiet. I also love the upgraded lifetime warranty and price point. It's a keeper!
