I believe I am happy with the product, too soon to see or feel any real results. After my first day , I have been unable to set the timer any higher that 15 minutes!

Very easy to use. The instructions and the remote. I’m really great for using this product. I had a machine that had rails, but it was very large cumbersome., so I had to sell it when I moved to an apartment from my large home.

Life pro Waver vibration plate

I received my waiver vibration plate a few days ago and I’m really looking forward to using this at least five times a week. I’ve used something like this before in a health center. Only it was a standup one much bigger and I liked how it affected my body.

This one has such a wide range of vibration levels and is so big! I love the rubber mat on top too! Big enough and comfy enough to sit criss cross applesauce on it!!!
