I was very skeptical of the benefits this machine would provide. I am amazed now 5 months into it of what a difference it is making on my overall well being. I can’t get out much to walk so my energy levels had been down and my body was out of shape. Now, I can see the muscles firming up, arms and legs more toned, and even the elasticity in my skin improving. I would recommend this to anyone who is on the fence about purchasing one.
