Got this for Christmas- so far, I really like it….my massage tech recommended it for a variety of reasons, but mainly to support strength and flexibility improvement for an enduro hike I’m doing next year.

Have only used it twice so far. I am a moderately active female trying to regain my pre-menopausal body. I have tried different diets and exercises with little to no effect on the fairly recent acquisition of belly fat. I am more hopeful than I have been in a while with this product. So far so good. I feel like this is going to improve my core strength.
