Only had it for a day so far but have already used it! Was easy to use and gentle enough for a beginner. But also really felt it. Was sweating on one of the lowest program settings

It feels soothing.. like being rocked as a baby almost! Awesome for after a long day at work or after eating a big meal or for aches and pains or for calming down after an anxiety/panic attack, this board is more than just exercise equipment.
