I had to wait to use because of a broken wrist. But now that I am using it i love it. I have lipedema and I am hoping this will keep the system working.

I’m a year out from my stroke and cannot say enough great things about my vibration plate. It’s help me regain strength, improved lymphatic drainage, relax my leg muscles at night before bed for better sleep and so much more! I’ve bought two more for friends and family who have had success as well! Great investment!

I purchased a life pro fitness vibration plate to help my balance and the pain in my back. I saw the advertisement online, read about this product and I'm giving it a try. I was told I needed to work on the core muscles and the muscles in my back. I been doing water therapy and nothing seems to work so I thought I would try this.

Out of the box and hook up plug and it goes!! So far the feeling after just 15 minutes on low level 5 has been amazing and I have bad Arthritis, win win here!!
