Feeling some results , great little addition to our gym

We've only had the vibration plate for a couple of days but we love that it makes our feet feel better and overall it feels as though you had some sort of a workout. We added this to our workout room and hopefully it will work out great.

Just what I needed

I deal with arm pain, issues with lymphatic drainage, problems sleeping and also spasms in my legs. This machine has helped so far with sleeping better at night and blood flow in my legs. I have only used it three times but can’t wait to see and feel the rest of the positive results.
