I just took The Waver Viberation Plate out of the box and set it up. As i was reading the paperwork that came with it, i was so impressed that LifePro stands by their product! They state numerous times that if there is an issue i should txt, email or call them so they can make it right. It is a heavy, sturdy product! That alone exceeded my expectations. I followed the instructions and stood on it, then started it. Fantastic! I can see why it helps health in so many categories! I learned to balance pretty quickly and easy. Easy to follow instructions and they even have QR codes to see videos of the instructions. It also comes with work out options that are programed into the plate and you can program your own work outs. Again, QR codes if you want to see the workout on video. Now, back to my new workout product. The Waver Viberation Plate by LifePro! A must have for improving your overall health and by crushing new year goals!

Waverly Vibration Plate

I'm a 67 year old female and I recently returned from a trip that included a lot of up & down hill walking. I felt invigorated! My Waverly Vibration Plate arrived & I wasn't sure how it would feel after all the walking; however, I opened it and tried it out. To my surprise it felt awesome. I started with the easier programs & I'm slowly building up my routine. I already feel changes. I sleep better & my metabolism has increased drastically! I can't wait to see how I will feel after a month. I may even write back to give an updated review.
