I just purchased my waver plate. I’m trying to get into a routine, of course it’s not easy. I really enjoy the workout. My daughter says it already has helped her sleep better. I’m looking forward to helping my lymphatic and restless leg.

I got this as a Christmas present so just started to use it and already on the advanced settings, and in the wide stance. I am using it right now as a post workout after pilates. I just came to the website to check out more exercise videos.

I think this will be helpful, but it doesn't make sense to have to write a review before you can register your purchase. I haven't really had a chance to use it and the online exercises aren't available until I submit a review.

Pain in foot gone.

The only thing that has changed in my physical activity routine is this machine, and the day after using it the pain in my foot disappeared. My right foot always felt tight especially after working out. It would be sore and always felt like I needed a good foot massage. Standing on the balls of my feet was out of the question without a sharp pain shooting through my right foot. I wasn’t even thinking that this machine would help with that. I purchased it to increase the effects of my workout. Right now I have stood on the balls of my feet several times while writing this review with out pain. I’m excited to see what else occurs because of the use of my Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate.
