Love the vibration that relaxes and stimulates my muscles. Just got it, so I know I'll use it daily to improve balance and give me endurance and strength. Great for metabolism and lymphatic system too. It's very sturdy and well made. I'm glad I bought it, and was encouraged by my health coach to get one. Thanks for the great product!
