I have not had it for more than a week but so far it’s been great using the vibration plate. It’s a very good product for a great price and everything that’s included is very helpful. I’m very pleased with the product. ?⭐️

We just received our Lifepro Waver Vibration Plate and are so excited to start using it! My husband and I are in our mid to late 60’s and want this to be a daily part of our lives…to help build strength, flexibility, circulation, boost metabolism and ease joint pain. We are starting slowly per guidelines but are looking forward to longer and more intense workouts

Love my lifepro

This is my second life pro. We gave the first one to my brother in law after his knee surgery. I love that it helps me tone my lower body and back. I’m looking forward to incorporating the bands for arm exercises.
