2 days using it and I feel like this is perfect for me. In my 60's need to improve balance, lose some weight, increase bone density. Looking forward to experiencing all of the benefits my waver vibration plate offers

I have only used this for a couple of days but so far I am really liking it. As I get used to my waiver vibration plate I will be increasingly intensity. I have had issues with my balance and from what I read.This is supposed to help. I can't wait to experience all of the benenfits this offers.

Can really feel the difference

Received my Waver as a Christmas gift, and have started slowly. I am very fit and active, but I am amazed at how much of a difference I can feel, and I'm still in the low intensity range. Looking forward to trying more exercises as I progress.

I’ve only had it for a couple days but I definitely feel it’s working out my body in many different ways. Can’t wait to see what happens after I’ve used it for 30 days.
