I have done a lot of research on the best vibration plate for toning and lymphatic drainage. I took it out of the box, plugged it in and spent 15 minutes on it. I feel more energized already!

So far I love my waiver plate makes my legs feel so much better. I have lost a lot of weight so I’ve lost a lot of muscle. Feels like my muscle is coming back.
