Great way to ease into moving my body again

I love my waver vibration plate! I have some medical issues that prevent me from doing too much physical activity and the gentle vibration on low setting has been wonderful for me. I'm taking it slow for now, but I know I will work up to a higher setting with consistent use. Great product!

Great gift

So far so good. I am a 70 year old grandma and have had 2 knee, 2 hip replacements, and a foot reconstruction. I already own and use a Rhythm and use it 15 minutes daily. Needed a smaller model to have in the motorhome. This will be perfect.
