I have been utilizing lymphatic massage for a few years, but recently purchased vibration plate. I feel like this can get to the deeper areas of congestion and has been beneficial in adding to my daily routine. I enjoy meditating on the plate as well to get my morning off to a great start. It is great for exercise to burn extra calories as well as relaxation for calming down sore muscles and relaxing the mind.

I received my waver vibration plate last week. I bought it for lymphatic drainage, arthritis, and to add variety to my workouts. I have been in the fitness industry as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the last 30 plus years. I have had some spinal and hip injuries. I am looking forward to using this to help with my issues.
