Fun way to improve circulation

I opened up the vibration plate today and tried my first 15 minutes. It was a great mood booster and I feel more relaxed. Looking forward to improving my circulation in the next few months.

We have been using this device as part of our morning and night time routine. Let’s get loose, back opens up, abs say good morning! Also, our bowel movements seem to be flowing better. We recommend!
