Just received the Waver for Christmas. Very impressed with the quality of the machine. So much better than our previous non lifepro vibration plate which lasted about 1 week. Also thankful for all the information that came with the machine. Previous plate did not give any information with the machine. Looking forward to using we are 70 years old. We ordered model #LP-WVR-BLU, and batch # CVY810-DI

I use this product every time I exercise. You can use it before to stretch, and after to relax the muscles. It is supposed to strengthen your bones in older age (when needed the most) - too early to judge on that for me.

My wife and I are using a Waver plate, and have noticed some good positive results mainly in muscle tightness and general balance. It is not great for pushing muscle exhaustion, but more for consolidating muscle growth.

Saves me time, money and gas to go to the gym and pay for classes. Love it for when the weather isn’t the best and I can still get my workout on. Also love it for joint pain and lymphatic drainage.

I got this before the holidays and just have been too busy to use. Now that the holidays are over I have set up my in home gym and starting to use this daily. I love this machine. Hoping it will add to my strength program alongside my weights, rebounder and walking pad.
