This is the first time i've used a vibration plate, and I wasn't sure what to expect. 15 min on low and my muscles all feel like jelly. I wish you had included batteries for the remote though. I live about 20 miles from town, so I won't be able to use the remote for a while.

I’ve been anxiously awaiting the arrival of my Waver. I unboxed it and used it for the first time tonight. It was simple to set up and use. It felt good especially on my legs after working on my feet for 10 hours today.
