I am giving this a 5 star rating so far. The packaging was substantial and the instructions easy. I will have to investigate how to fully utilize this device which might impact my ratings but so far I am very pleased.

So Far So Good

I have been using the vibration plate everyday since I received it on 1/8/25. My entire body had a feeling of lightness after my very first use; 15 minutes on level 1. So I decided to use twice a day, morning and night. I at least want to give myself an entire month of use to see if I see any kind of physical improvements. I want to access the waver fitness that is offered but I am having no luck access this.

I just received my waver 3 days ago, and I've been using it everyday. It's my first time using a vibration plate so I had no expectations. But wow!! I am shocked at how much this little thing vibrates. My whole body feels it. And it isn't hard on my joints. So far I've only used it while standing upright, but I plan on trying all the different movements on it. I actually look forward to using it everyday, and that's coming from someone who hates to exercise. I'm a happy customer!
