Just received my waver vibration plate

Unboxed my waver vibration plate. Getting to know how it works and will post more after i get familiar with the machine. I am 76 years old and got the machine to help me maintain my mobility. I have had 2 knee replacements within 3 months of eachother and don’t want to loose any of my strength. Mobility or flexability!

Just received mine yesterday and I ordered mine as it was recommended by a friend. So far, I LOVE all the information that I can utilize with my waver for best results. I also love that it came with an actual book with directions and exercises and the option to watch videos on line as well. Both have prepared me for my first workout.

Just got it in the mail. I haven't tried it yet. I am just putting the warranty on. Hopefully this works for the warrantee.
