“WAVE” hello to fitness for life!

Set up is so easy and quick. I was “wave-ing” in no time! It’s easily my favorite workout. I’m 68 and been physically active my entire life. Since the “Wave” has helped me achieve better balance and a much stronger core, I hope to sustain my strength and mobility for many years to come.

Just received my plate yesterday and tried it out Wow! What a work out it gives your body even on the low settings . I can’t wait to use it on a regular basis and start seeing the results.

Great for everyday use. I find that I use the waver more than the other exercise equipment due to the fact, I can move it to the living room or anywhere it’s very versatile and mobile.
