A serious vibration plate

There’s nothing tiny about this vibration plate.
Not only does it give you a good size platform to stand on. It comes with the remote, the resistant bands, it has three different workout intensities with speeds that go up to 99 instead of 10, and you can set up to 10 preset programs which I really like. I can’t do that with my other vibration plate.
I got this so I could mainly start some sort of exercise, but I’ve ended up using this more for stress. It helps me with that so much more.

I love this product! I owned a cheaper version and after a few uses it was broken. After replacing once, and trying to get a refund, I gave up and bought the lifepro. It's been fantastic.
