I love this machine, although my first one quit on me being less than a year old, but with the Lifetime warranty it was replaced.

Since O have never owned a vibration plate, I have nothing to compare it to. However, after taking it out if the box, setting it up and trying it for a few minutes, I’ve come to a few positive conclusions.
1. It appeared to be very well made and sturdy
2. It comes with a remote control which is invaluable if you want to adjust when you get on the plate safely.
3. Other accessories are four different exercise bands and one set of resistant band, and bag.
5. Very informative Exercise Guide you can put up on the wall and user manual that is very easy to understand.
I am a 74 yr old female who’s interested in alternative therapy for overall health and well-being.

Purchased this for my 89 year old Dad. Hoping this will improve his balance. He also has neuropathy. We are hoping it will help this also.
