I love it!!! I wanted one I was confident would hold my weight (230) and this one is so sturdy and comfortable. I haven’t felt unsafe or too heavy once. Still working my way up from beginner.

I’ve been using a waver plate for a while now, and it has genuinely helped with my sciatica pain as well as stiffness in my shoulders and neck. The vibration helps loosen tight muscles in my lower back and hips, which reduces the tension that usually triggers my sciatica. After each session, I feel less stiff and more mobile, especially when I use it consistently. It has also been surprisingly effective for my shoulders and neck, easing the tightness I get from poor posture and long days. I keep the intensity low and only use it for short sessions, which makes it comfortable and easy to incorporate into my routine. While it’s not a cure for underlying nerve or disc issues, it has been a great supportive tool for managing muscle tension and daily discomfort. Overall, the waver plate has been a worthwhile addition to my pain-relief routine and has helped me feel more relaxed and flexible.
