I've only used it twice. I'm just doing five minutes seated while my body gets used to it. I'm more sensitive than my husband and he can do the full 15 minutes.

I just started using my vibration plate and was pleasantly surprised at how it affected my body in a good way. If you don't have one I highly suggest you get one!
