I absolutely love my LifePro Waver vibration machine for its incredible ease of use, effective pain relief, and ability to reduce inflammation and promote relaxation. After just a few minutes on the machine, I feel a noticeable decrease in muscle soreness and joint pain, as the gentle vibrations help lower inflammation, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Love my Vibration Plate

I purchased a vibration plate after trying a friend's. I loved it. It's the perfect fit for my standing desk and allows me to keep moving even when I need to be at my desk. I'm just a few weeks in but loving it so far.

Think we're gonna like it!

We purchased The Waver. My husband and I are just a bit over 70 years old. We lift weights, walk faithfully and eat healthy. We are optimistic that the Waver will add balance and core strength for us. My husband is a D.O. (physician) and I am a mental health therapist/counselor. Wellness and health are important dimensions of our lives. We think our new toy will fit right in!

First impressions

Literally just unpacked this. (the cats said to say thanks, they love the box). It was easy to assemble, and it is VERY quiet. BONUS! I have tried a vibrator plate before, but this was quite different. It's sort of a rocking motion. I did start in the sitting position, and it felt great. I can see using this when I get home after a 12-hour shift on my feet. I stood on it as well and I really like the way it makes my legs feel.
