A quieter plate compared to my Vibrapower plate and has good vibration speed. Compared to my Vibrapower plate I'm maxed out at speed of 20, with the new Lifepro plate I'm on 55 so have some way to go to improve my fitness with this plate.

TRANSFORMATION OF A STRONGER ME

Because I have fibromyalgia I am in need of a stronger body especially in my legs. I need the nerves to relax in my body and I am hoping that this product will help tone and restore what i have lost through the years.

Great new experience

With fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis my workout options were limited. The Waver Plate allowed me to increase my fitness levels without putting excess strain on my joints and I had less concern about injury during workouts. It's been a great experience.
