Very easy to setup. Vibrations are very strong depending on where you set intensity. Base is stable.

I haven’t tried the exercise equipment as of yet but I have high expectations. I’ll check back later after weeks of using it. It’s a well made heavy piece of equipment.

I have only had the Waver for a few days, but I can say that it makes me feel good all over, its easy to do and fun. I have neuropathy in my feet so I am looking forward to that condition improving!
