I just used my waver vibration plate for the first time today. I started on the easiest program and definitely felt myself working harder than I would without it. I can't wait to try out more levels and exercises!

I’ve only used my waver a few times,but I’m happy,so far. After bilateral hip replacements and back surgery,Ihave issues with sciatica and hip and lower back tightness which is especially bothersome when I start out on a walk. Using the waiver for 15 minutes prior to heading out for a walk definitely increases my flexibility and warms up my lower back and hips that I don’t suffer the discomfort that I normally have when I am beginning a walk. It usually takes me 20 minutes to warm up before I’m walking without pain. I’m looking forward to seeing other gains in my wellness as I continue using my waiver.

I purchased the waver plate for recovery and circulation. I have only had it for a week and I can not stop recommending this product to everyone I know. I use it twice a day and can feel the benefits already, Thank you for this incredible product.
