This is great! It feels wonderful when sitting for long house at a desk to ease my tired legs and prevent me from getting edema in my calves, ankles and feet.

Good So Far

I have only had the unit for about a week, so I don't have a lot to say yet. My massage therapist talked about using a vibration plate to help with joint problems that I have. Mostly I swim for exercise with a little tai chi thrown in, but I have been looking for something to help with bone density and joint pain relief. So far so good. Looking forward to using it every day and see what happens.
