Have not been able to use it yet. I'm still recovering from a complete hip replacement, and the Dr wants me to wait a bit. But very anxious to try.

Best for fitness plate ever experience. I was referring by a chiropractor to use it for my ankle and knee pain injury recovery. The pain has reduced a lot.
