I stand all day at work, then continue research at my desk at night. The WAVER gives me the opportunity to exercise my whole body in 20 minutes. I sleep better and have more energy then I've have in months. I'm over 60 and I love this vibration plate. Everyone should have one. I just bought another one for a family member in graduate school. She sits all day in class then all evening at night studying. This will be her lifesaver!

This has many features that are awesome. I like that it comes with ropes and other accessories. It also goes up to level 99 so it's a great vibration plate.
