New to vibration

I just received the Waver and tried it out. I can already see how this will benefit my time on a bicycle since i can work on balance and recovery. I'm also hoping to benefit my bone density which is declining thanks to breast cancer treatments and menopause.

Great addtion to my routine

I swim about 10 miles a week and do a lot of other activities. I love the pre programed 7,8,9 to stand and do some stretches while vibrating to really loosen my entire body. Helps a lot with getting rid of the latic acid and recovery. Feels great too and I think it is helping stability muscles.

Very nice Beginning Vibration Plate user and enjoyed the ‘work out.’
Seems like a very sturdy platform, stable while in use. Vibration is of good quality and feel it through your body.
For first use, I’m very happy with this unit.
