Enjoying the Waver

I am enjoying using my Waver as a method of increasing circulation in my legs. I am not seeing any weight loss results. I have noticed that when I use the Waver consistently, my nighttime restless legs doesn’t seem to be a prominent. I will keep using it and trying new exercises. I haven’t made use of the bands yet. I am still learning about all the levels and intensity. At 63, I keep a chair close by when using the Waver for support as needed.

I actually have to say I look forward to getting on this and feel so much better with only 3 days on it. I take my morning meds grab a glass of water do my warm up and do my workout for 15 min. I have been in pain every morning when I get out of bed, but not much pain now. Thank you.
