I have only used this once, but my body seems to really like it. My muscles feels like I have just worked out, but I am not excessively hot (I have MS so this is a BIG DEAL) beyond my muscles being hot. I think this will help me in many ways.

Vibrating plate works great , we have two of them and planning to purchase a 3rd for another place of ours, so we don't have to travel without one. We both do 15 minutes a day * 2 and vary the program numbers that way you get a different workout each time. Very good products
