Great workout

I started using the programs that are installed in the plate. Oh my, great workout and all I do is stand there. I plan to begin some of your other ideas to increase my workout. I am 69, had 4 back surgeries, & a hip replacement. This is great for me!

Feeling like myself again

I am getting back into fitness after a few years. This machine has helped accomplish my fitness goals although I do not feel as if I am in the best shape. It is a an important part of my health journey and has helped my body feel so much healthier. I have been recommending it to everyone around me.
