It might be nice but after reading all of the don't use it on parts, I never should have bought it. Also, at 82 years old, I am so afraid of falling off of it.

I had a long time friend, who is now a FNP, recommend the vibe plate. Along with one of my clients that has been using it for years. That is all the proof I needed to break down and get my own after being 6 months postpartum. The vibe plate is gentle yet powerful. I have used it every day since I got it (minus maybe 1 because 4 kids). I have felt such a difference, the biggest being my energy level. I do let my kids use it as well ranging from 6 months to almost 10. All of them get the lowest level of intensity. My 6 month old is usually held on it so its not rough for her. Although, there's been a time where I put her on (safely, I was hands on) the walking section.

Love having such a quality piece of equipment in my own home.
Only "wish" would be that the manual that came with it included more exercises (appreciate the online option, but prefer printed materials)

Vibration Plates Are For Real

I have some pretty serious neuropathy and lymphatic drainage issues in my left leg as a result of 3 Knee surgeries and a Total Knee Replacement. The pain wakes me up virtually every night, so I climb on the Waver, put on music or an audiobook and 15 min later, I can go back to sleep. It also is unsurpassed in 'shaking out' leg cramps. 5 minutes and even the worst ones are completely gone.
Recently, my PCP asked me if I had heard of vibration plates. I told her I had been using one for over a year, and was very pleased with the results and the Lifepro company. She was surprised as she had only recently become aware of them and convinced of their value. She also said that at the end of one of her work days, 15 minutes on the Waver is a Godsend for her feet and legs.
