I’ve only used this for 3 days so far, but am so happy with my purchase, and hope to see more results! I have already noticed feeling better circulation (I have neuropathy in my right calf and foot, and after day two of using the plate, I can notice a decrease in my symptoms)

Enjoying the Waver Vibration Plate

This is my first week owning my Waver Vibration Plate. I’ve noticed using it after workout in the gym I’m not as sore the next day. Will try a complete workout with the Waver tomorrow.
