Wow, this is an amazing vibration for the body. So many different positions you can use it for. Standing, leg lounges, push-ups, even sitting. It’s so good for the body. Great benefits. You feel good once you get off of it! Strengthens your muscles in areas that you don’t use. We would highly recommend this. It’s very fun for the family and it’s very sturdy, heavy and durable. Easy to use.

I’ve only just received my Waver so have only used it one time. I’m impressed by the friendly accessibility of the company. When I used my Waver for 5 minutes, I was breathing quicker and deeper like I do when I work out. I am looking forward to continued use and hoping it will help my osteoporosis.

I just received by LifePro Waver so I’ve only used it a few times, but it was easy to set up and is easy to use. The first time I used it for only 5 minutes and noticed I was breathing a little quicker and deeper like I do when I work out. I am looking forward to continued use of my Waver and hoping it will help my osteoporosis.

Just started to try this i jave used it a few times so far and I feel like I just went through an entire workout with just a few minutes on the device. Excited to fell the difference in legs and feet.
