My wife and I purchased this product to help with a couple injuries that we have.
We have only tried it for a few minutes so far, it is very soothing so far. Looking forward to more usage of the device. ???

Just removed machine from the box and tried it today.

Tried a few minutes on level 1
The vibration is strong at level 1. It will take time to progress, if ever, to P2. Apparatus continued defaulting to pre-set programmed workout until i understood to choose level 1. Believe machinery is designed for people younger than 55. It is a handsome machine. Now that it is out of the box, and have tried it, am required to use it, or pay for an expensive return. Wish me luck!! My neck and head hurt on initial try while sitting on a straight back chair with only my feet on device on level 1. Pain increases significantly using level P1 with knees bent, with feet in closest position and heels slightly raised, as directed, while hands placed on solid object. Suffered through 8 minutes during my 3 attempts. Wow, very strong vibrations!!!

just purchased yesterday for my wife. Tt looks great, easy to assemble. Don't forget tell people that batteries are required and not in box.
