My husband was very reluctant to purchase the vibration plate. However, he is now using it! We have been using it daily thus far and for me, I’m feeling indications of lymphatic drainage, which is great!

I absolutely love this! I was skeptical at first but I've noticed that I have alot more energy since I've been using and my lower back pain is gone. It has helped me with my stretching too.
