I am 74 y/o my PCP tells me I need to work out lift weights other words workout to endure. Bone density is another area we lose. I was the wave vibration plate could help me to build bone density and work out plan to become more fit and endure.

Have enjoyed using this product. Have exercised all my life in various and sundry ways, gymnastics, dance (40 years), exercise walking for at least 50 years, gym memberships, and on and on. I am now 74 and enjoy this more controlled exercising on the waverpro. I have experienced firming in my legs and continued good balance. Just perfect for me.
