Been using about 9 days now sitting on a desk chair as we are in our 70's and are finding it very relaxing and are noticing aches and pains going away. The wife had a burning in the shoulder blade/neck area that she's not been able to get of with massage and exercise for about 6 months. It's almost gone with using this and doing the neck stretches she had been doing to no avail. By leaning forward at the waist you can feel the vibration up the back and neck area better. LOVE this thing! Hope to move up to standing on it for our balance improvement soon. Glad we bought it!

Fantastic Christmas Present! Looking for something to assistant with lymphatic drainage and I am on day 2. Love it - we had research all the reviews and found this to be the best for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
