I love this. I've used the Waver vibration plate daily for two weeks and I think it's helping with pain relief by decreasing inflammation.

I struggled with anxiety, bad knees, bad back, bad shoulder, bad hip. I started doing Pilates and my Pilates instructor had one of these machines and wanted me to try it for my lymphatic system. I really liked it so I ordered one.
