unit did not work right out of the box

Hey there I just got a life pro fitness recovery waver and I am having an issue right out of the box. When I turn the switch on by the plug it lights up and shows power. The unit will then come on with the control panel lighting up. The unit will show a 15 minute timer which is the default and can increase intensity both on the control panel of the unit and on the remote. The vibration plate will not stay on past 5 minutes and ends up shutting itself off. Once off the unit will not power back on. If I then unplug the unit and plug it back in the light on the back by plug will be lit showing power however the control unit display on top will not power on or show any numbers and the remote will not work.
This happened directly out of the box on the first time of use. I went back after about 10 minutes and the unit powered on and worked for about 5 minutes then shut down and will not power back on. The unit will now not power on. Very disappointing unboxing.

I bought this unit April 30, 2021. I am sure I registered it within the time frame that was required but I cannot find any emails to confirm the registration. Due to injuries from an bad accident, I have not been able to use the unit since 2022. I have one more surgery to go in a few months before I am ok. If you could verify my registration I would appreciate it. Thank you.
